TRUST THE PROCESS

It’s been so long since I posted here, a lot happened, things changed but we are still here.

I recently found myself questioning if all the waiting is really worth it; whether at our places of work or in our personal life and ventures. When one is told be patient why does it feel like you are once again being thrown in the fire place and more wood is added.

What is patience? It is the capacity to accept or tolerate delay.

Away from the dictionary meaning though, patience is most often not just about waiting rather being there, having a good attitude and being open as you get your life together and trying to achieve your dream. Being patient is not being in your comfort zone, you will have to surrender some little pleasures of life, you may not eat right, sleep right or get anything right and things may not be falling in place as you expected. You may have to sacrifice a lot of time, money, family time and relationships all to achieve IT.

So many times things may not be as you planned or hoped for but a little patience pays. Some determination and girl boss attitude is the only thing you need. It is not easy, trust me I know I’m still trying to figure that out, I’m getting there. Nothing comes easy when trying to make your dreams a reality, you need to work for it, quitting is not an option.

Relax, and go get it.When thing are not working out just listen to some music and eat some cake, I know it keeps me sane. Try it.

Either way do what makes you happy, find your purpose. It’s doable.#RiseandSlay

ALL FOR THE GOSSIP

Its been long since i saw some of my friend and we were looking forward to a chat.You know how we all have something to say and we say it at the same time.We call it some gossip for the soul.,people love some gossip.Everyone sure does enjoy a little gossip.My own definition of gossip is social bonding in a large group.I know most people view gossip as a negative thing but it can also be positive.

So my girls and I have not seen each other for a long time (one week)we exchanged our hugs please note i'm not a hugger but i hug and embrace this ladies often.

We get right into the gossip,our gossip is catching up on what we have been up to,our past weeks photos on Instagram,yeah this is very important.We talk about our new neighbor,how they have some cute dogs but they are so noisy at night.The people who have been annoying us,who has a new baby,a 'sponsor' know all ladies have this group of gossip buddies and they all love partaking in this juicy delicacy of plateau de ragote (insert French accent)in other words platter of gossip.

It is like an exercise ,gossip lets people let go and relieve the days stress.I cherish this moments a lot,this gossip moment only takes less than five minutes but we don't mind talking longer than that.

Everyone needs some gossip.Have a good laugh,and some gossip.
