REFRESH OUR ROOTS

The date is 4th December 2012 ,and the political structure in our country is about to change but as i write this i think of how far we have come and the changes we have seen,its a new generation and we have to embrace what we had before in all aspects,we need to refresh our roots

As the well runs dry
As the leaves fall off
The skies remain bright
We will feel the need
To remain outstanding
Forget the unforgotten
And live through it
That we cannot avoid
And what lives in us.

Together we shall fight
And conquer the evil
Why?How?we ask ourselves
It shoudn't be hard,Ithink
We can do this
Be open minded
Trust and believe
The heart and the mind
Together as one
Yes,we can do this.

Yes,we can
Stand tall and walk the talk
We think of the days
We wish to have those days
Work like bees
Together as termites
And get the days back
Restore and refresh our roots.

Happiness and prosperity we cherish
We are restored
What a flourishing feeling
Happiness is an understatement
No words to describe
Mixed feelings
We are jubilant
For the time is here
Our roots to be restored.
